Challenge 5

This week in The Biggest User, we say goodbye to 6 competitors.... 3 were chosen by votes by their peers, and the remaining 3 were used the least amount of stash. It is sad to say good bye to these fantastic bunch of competitors, but it is a competition and we are trying to find give away the title of THE BIGGEST USER.

This week's challenge is based on the challenge given by Ngaire on her blog Beautiful Like a Rainbow. But the competitors must use 10 different manufacturers products on their page, and bonus points will be given for manufacturers over 10. The layout must contain a photo of themselves and the word beautiful in the title. Look forward to seeing what everyone creates this week. Check them all out HERE

To get through to Challenge 6, the 5 Biggest Users - combining scores from the first 5 challenges - minus the bonus points - will be tallied, these 5 users will then go through to round 6. Where the Biggest User will be the layout with the most points for this layout only. No bonus points will be given for Challenge 6, it will be based purely on points alone, and the amount of stash used.

The boss is away for the weekend, so I thought whilst she was away I would make room for some new patterned papers, by reducing all the current stock for this weekend only.

This week has seen Marg attend the Cancer Councils Biggest Morning Tea, held at Yelbeni, as well as Printblocks Demonstration Classes in Perth. So she now has some great new ideas for class ideas, if anyone in the surrounding area is interesting in hosting classes simply contact Marg, with possible dates or times.

June 1st - 4th is a long weekend here in WA, and what better excuse than the long weekend to be holding a Cyber Crop, with challenges, games, competitions and loads of fun. Check out the FORUM for details next week.

The Biggest User is now into week 4. The new challenge has been set, the details are HERE. Only a couple more weeks left until the Biggest User is decided. There are still 17 Users left in the competition. A surprise twist has been added to the competition this week, check out the details HERE.

Happenings in the Forum

The forum as usual is a little hub of activity with something always happening.

Along with The Biggest User Competition, we also have our Design Team Challenge, and just starting is a Recipe Swap, first starting with slow cooker/casserole recipes. If you wish to know any details of these fun happenings click on the links to take you straight to them.

June 1st is the start of a long weekend over here in WA, and so what better way to celebrate a long weekend than by having a Cyber Crop. There will be games, chatter and even a challenge or 2 to help lasso some of that mojo, that tends to escape during the winter months when we are all too cold to function! (says she who is freezing in her office) Stay tuned to the blog, and the FORUM for the details.

Biggest User - Challenge 3

Thanks to Little Book of Sketches for permission to use the fantastic sketch that this weeks challenge is based on.

This week Country Papercraft travelled to Tammin, to the Tammin Ladies Hockey Club's Big Day Out. It was great to get some new ladies signed up to the newsletter. Next Friday Country Papercraft is off to Yelbeni, for the Cancer Council's Biggest Morning Tea. So if you are in the area and need to replenish some of your supplies, why not pop in and support a great cause.

What's New this week!

New to arrive on the shelves of Country Papercraft are the gorgeous new range of Bazzill Blossoms. They are 2.7inches and 4.5inches and come in such interesting colours as Piglet, Festive, Squash, Alyssum, Crimson, Whirlpool, Tink Pink and of course White. Now available with 12 blossoms per pack. Can't wait to get my hands on some of these!

This week Country Papercraft is off to Tammin, where Marg will be showing off some of the goodies she has on offer at the store, to the women who attend the Annual Tammin Hockey Club Luncheon. If you are in the area and want to have a peek at what Marg has available, why not stop in.

May Designer Kits have almost sold out! How awesome is that.

The June Kit is in preparation mode, and can I say, from the sounds of it, its going to be one awesome kit! Keep your eyes out for it at the beginning of the June!
