Thursday Challenge - Christmas Decoration

Ok my turn for a challenge...where did today go? was going to put this in nice and early....better late than never.

How about having a go at making this Christmas Decoration?

Cut 14 @ 2” squares from double sided paper. Roll one end and glue – as per the pic. I held them together with a paperclip until dry.

Punch 2 @ 1” circles. Put plenty of glue on one of the circles and start arranging the points of the papers – check the pic again. One up and one down.

Put some more glue into the centre and stick the other circle over. You will have to press the circles into the glue to get a good contact.

I punched some Snow flakes with a Martha Stewart punch and added with some 3d foam over the circles and then added some bling in the middle.

I then gave it a coat of Glitter Modge Podge, then decorated with kindy glitz…but next time I will kindy glitz first as it didn’t stick very well to the Modge Podge. Was ok when it dried.

Now punch a hole and add something to hang it with.

Please share with us in the gallery, under November Challenge, when you have made it and you could be in the draw for a voucher.

Have fun,

Marg.
