Happy GoodFriday everyone!
WOW - we are up to week 6 of Scrap Factor already.
REMEMBER - you can play along at any time, and still rack up the points - the only point you won't be eligible for is the "first in the gallery" point if you don't upload your page by the following Friday, but you can still join in with our Scrap Factor challenges!
OK on to this weeks challenge.
A couple of my all time fave songs are by the likes of Lenny Kravitz, Jack Johnson and Robbie Williams. So this week I thought it fitting to to do a more masculine themed page!
Here is the criteria:
1. Create a masculine themed page - it can be colours, subject, title - however you want to work it.
2. Include a masculine style embellishment on there - I used the cogs on mine.
3. You must include at least two photos for this challenge.
4. X-BONUS - if you include a song title or lyric by a male artist or male band, you'll be eligible also for the X-Bonus points! Make sure you note this on your upload to the gallery.
Here is my page:
SUPPLIES:
PP: Kaiser "On the Move" papers - Accelerate (planes), Take Off (checkerboard), Diesel (grey stripe).
Other: Journaling ticket - Tim Holz, Chip cogs - A2Z Scraplets, Numbers border sticker - Kasier "On the Move" sticker sheet, Foil chip alphas - Bella (have been sanded).
* Completing the layout to the challenge guidelines = 5 points.
* X-bonus (for completing extra music related challenge in your creation) = 2 points. Please state in the notes when you upload how you have met the x-bonus.
* Fast Extra Point (for being first to load into the gallery) = 1 point.
* Double-Up Points (If people complete a second one creation based on the theme - maximum of two entries permitted per challenge per week. The X-bonus applies if you comple that on the 2nd creation too). = 5 points (plus X-Bonus 2 points)
NOTE: Double page layouts count as one for this competition, so you must complete a second new layout for that theme to get the Double-Up points.
So that gives a maximum of 14 points per week to be won, or 15 if you are the super speedy one to get your page up first in that week's gallery! Can't wait to see what you make!
Hope you all have a wonderful Easter break.
Cheers,
Lee :)
